Verisure is seeking a proactive HRIS enthusiast to join our Global HRIS Centre of Excellence in Madrid. You will learn Workday and other HR system configurations, provide day-to-day support, and help optimize processes across international teams.

The role focuses on collaborating with IT and vendors, documenting requirements, and driving governance to ensure data integrity. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional Portuguese or French a plus.

Qualificações

• 2 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with HR reporting tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Workday and other HR systems with mentoring.
• Provide day-to-day support for Workday modules.
• Document requirements and test system changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training for end users.
