Job summary

Go4Mobility is seeking a commercially driven Wholesale SMS Manager to lead a portfolio of international Wholesale SMS customers. The role combines market knowledge, relationship management, and negotiation to drive revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with Routing, NOC, Operations, and Finance to optimise traffic, pricing and agreements, while representing the company at international events and with carriers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Account Management, Sales or BD.
• Experience in Wholesale SMS or A2P messaging is highly desirable.
• Proven track record with international clients and B2B negotiations.
• Knowledge of A2P SMS, SMPP, DLRs, Sender IDs, Routing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Wholesale SMS customers.
• Identify growth opportunities via upselling and share of wallet.
• Negotiate pricing, traffic volumes, routing strategies and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, operators, aggregators and partners.
• Monitor traffic, pricing, margins and route quality; identify churn risks.
