Paymentology is seeking a VP Client Success & Experience to lead our global post-onboarding client organization, unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations into one function. You will partner with Account Management and act as the key technical and product partner for clients.

You will drive adoption, retention and operational excellence, building an AI-enabled, data-driven client experience model at scale across our global client base.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership experience in global Client Success, Customer Support, or Client Operations.
• Deep understanding of client lifecycle management and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation in fintech/B2B tech environments.
• Experience using AI, automation, predictive analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Client Success & Experience organization, unifying Support and Operations.
• Define future-state client success strategy and ensure consistent experiences.
• Develop proactive client engagement focusing on adoption, retention, and growth.
• Mentor leaders and build high-performing global teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve outcomes.
