Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Markets, Trading Operations, Middle Office, Risk, or Controls environments.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong control framework around trading and sales activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions for unauthorized trading or policy breaches.
• Investigate anomalies, assess risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in prevention and mitigation of operational and fraud-related risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Tax, Conduct, Risk, and Business teams.
• Coordinate and produce monthly reporting, KPIs, and management information.
• Ensure quality, relevance, and reliability of control metrics and reporting.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management and governance forums.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from management in a global environment.
• Present findings and recommendations in meetings with senior stakeholders.
