Job summary

Hexa People is seeking an experienced HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead Core HR configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Employee Central. You will bridge HR business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements.

Responsibilities include leading Core HR configuration, developing HR processes (hiring, moves, promotions, terminations), coordinating testing and user adoption,

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Min 4 years experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project.
• Fluent in English.

• Develop and maintain key HR processes including: Hiring, Employee movements, Promotions, Terminations.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.

• Act as the Main Point of Contact for BPOs and Technical teams.

Role Overview

The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Min 4 years experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project
• Fluent in English
• Ability to understand business needs regarding employee's data administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR applications & processes
• Full remote
• Must be based in Portugal
