Richemont Iberia SL in Portugal seeks an IT Solution Owner to supervise the Catalog capabilities within Retail Engagement. You will identify technical components, define the roadmap and coordinate stakeholders to deliver projects maximizing user satisfaction.

In a global, multi-maisons environment, you will lead a distributed team, manage delivery from initialization to production stabilization, and report progress to the PAM while embracing continuous learning and agile methods.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in retail or web application management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, OMS and CRM.
• Experience leading technical teams in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Establish leadership as team lead and set clear roles/objectives.
• Coordinate global teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Define and track capacity needs with PAM.
• Manage project communications and report progress to PAM.
• Drive budget planning and vendor management with PAM.
