Richemont Group Technology, Retail Engagement, seeks an IT Solution Owner to supervise catalog capacities and multiple applications. You will identify technical components, define the roadmap, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery across a global, multi‑maison environment.

You will work with the Product Owner and Solution Architect guidelines, lead distributed teams across time zones, and drive delivery while maintaining high user satisfaction in a fast‑paced, agile setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in retail or web application management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
• Experience with APIs, OMS, and CRM.

Overview

The mission is part of Richemont Group Technology, in the Retail Engagement area. You will supervise the Catalog capacities and multiple applications in this perimeter as an IT Solution Owner. In collaboration with the Product Owner and following the Solution Architect guidelines, you will identify relevant technical components, define the roadmap, coordinate all stakeholders and ensure a smooth delivery of our portfolio of projects to increase user satisfaction. You will operate in a global, multi‑maisons environment, engaging with teams at different management levels to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities

People

• Establish leadership as team lead, leading by example and applying agile values.
• Define clear roles and objectives for each internal and external team member and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Continuously develop the technical and soft skills of team members in line with personal and product team needs.
• Foster a customer‑oriented mindset and a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency.

Managing

• Define and track capacity needs for the team in alignment with the Product Area Manager (PAM).
• Coordinate global, highly distributed teams across countries and time zones, working closely with Technology teams to track dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Oversee all project phases from initialization to stabilization post‑delivery in production.
• Communicate project progress to the PAM and ensure proper reporting.

Budget

• Collaborate with the PAM to establish contracts with external suppliers within the budget.
• Plan next fiscal year budget and anticipate expenses within the perimeter.
• Drive and control contractor engagement with the PAM.
• Verify supplier billing and invoices for accuracy.

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience in retail or web application management and delivery.
