Richemont is seeking a Cloud & DevOps Service Enablement professional to act as the primary client-facing gateway for Cloud & DevOps across Maisons, product teams and internal stakeholders.

The role blends strong business acumen, technical advisory, and stakeholder management to guide demand, promote standard service blueprints, and ensure proactive communication throughout the service lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as service enablement or advisory.
• Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders and translate needs into requirements.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and driving improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client-facing liaison for Cloud & DevOps across Maisons and internal teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear service requirements and guidance on available offerings.
• Guide stakeholders to standard offerings, self-service options, or tailored delivery.
• Define governance, readiness criteria, and ensure proactive communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
