Richemont Group Technology, Retail Engagement, seeks an IT Solution Owner to supervise catalog capacities and multiple applications. You will identify technical components, define the roadmap, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery across a global, multi‑maison environment.

You will work with the Product Owner and Solution Architect guidelines, lead distributed teams across time zones, and drive delivery while maintaining high user satisfaction in a fast‑paced, agile setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in retail or web application management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
• Experience with APIs, OMS, and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and apply agile values.
• Define roles and objectives for each team member and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop technical and soft skills of team members.
• Foster a customer-oriented mindset and collaboration.
• Define and track capacity needs for the team and coordinate global teams.
• Oversee all project phases from initialization to production stabilization.
• Communicate project progress to PAM and ensure reporting.
• Collaborate with PAM to establish budgets and manage external suppliers.
• Plan next fiscal year budget and anticipate expenses.
• Drive contractor engagement and verify supplier invoices.
• Embrace continuous learning and proactively resolve team risks.
