Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Client & Market teams in Lisbon. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping backlogs and defining clear requirements in a fast-paced global e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience in software development, solid Agile knowledge, and a technical appreciation for software delivery. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in a software development environment.
• Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks (XP, SAFe is a plus).
• Familiarity with modern agile software delivery techniques that influence requirements (BDD, ATDD, User Story Mapping).
• Proficiency in Agile requirements management and collaboration tools (JIRA and Confluence).
• Technical background (database design, API integrations) and/or past experience as a Software Engineer is highly regarded.
• Basic understanding of Release Management and software product lifecycle.
• Experience in Product or Project Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a BA in large, global e-commerce projects is highly regarded.
• Languages: English fluency; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Backlog Grooming & Refinement: lead product backlog refinement with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Ensure Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and user story mapping.
• Support Team Autonomy by delivering clear business requirements and specifications.
• Data-Driven Insights to identify product or workflow improvements.
• Release Scope & Planning with Product Owner and TTL for MVP requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication translating business needs to technical specs and vice versa.
• Impediment Resolution to address blockers and gaps.
• Cross-Team Dependency assessment for alignment.
• Strategic Prep for business cases and roadmaps.
