Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Service Enablement professional in the Lisbon area to act as the ambassador for Cloud & DevOps, guiding stakeholders to the best service path. You will blend business acumen with technical advisory to elevate demand quality and ensure proactive communication throughout delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in client-facing roles such as service enablement or consulting.
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements and actions.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and follow-up.
• Plus: commercialization of managed services is a strong bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client-facing liaison for Cloud & DevOps services.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable service requirements and guidance.
• Advise on standard offerings, self-service portals and tailored delivery.
• Champion standard service adoption and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Governance and delivery teams.
• Identify pain points and drive continuous improvements in processes and docs.
