IT Picker in Porto is seeking a driven SDR / Business Developer to grow an international client base across the US and UK markets. You will identify opportunities, manage outbound efforts, and nurture relationships with decision-makers at target companies.

You will collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to align commercial efforts with capacity, maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM, and guide prospects from first contact to contract signature.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in a sales or business development role within a consulting firm.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Understanding of core tech concepts: Frontend, Backend, UX/UI Design, etc.
• Experience working with CRMs and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record with international clients and cross-border deals.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients via LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and referrals.
• Qualify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Manage full business development cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target companies.
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to align commercial efforts with capacity.
• Represent IT Picker in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
