Convatec seeks a Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead to drive end-to-end Talent and Learning operations across regions. The role partners with COEs, People Solutions, and vendors to standardize processes and enhance the employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR with global Shared Services leadership, a focus on governance, analytics, and tech-enabled transformation within a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with global scope.
• 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services or Talent/Learning ops.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations and process standardization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Talent and Learning operations across regions.
• Govern governance, compliance, and risk management for processes.
• Partner with COEs and CBS to optimize service delivery.
• Drive automation, AI enablement, and self-service initiatives.
• Monitor NPS, service metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
