Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS), Unipessoal Lda. in Lisbon seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines aligned with strategy.

You'll manage a portfolio of open positions, leverage AI tools, conduct structured interviews, source hard-to-find talent, and support diversity and mobility programs within a diverse, matrix-based organization.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing behavioral competencies.
• Ability to source and hire hard-to-find candidates on international platforms.
• Knowledge of Workday and/or similar HRIS is a plus.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Global Center of Excellence (CoE) team in our dynamic Lisbon office. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent across Europe, Africa, Middle East and India, across various business departments, and partner closely with internal hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines aligned with strategic business goals. The year 2026 marked a transformative year for our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA CoE) that now integrates all recruitment segments to become a single, comprehensive business partner while driving strategic deliverables. As we scale up our operations, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles: Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Healthcare, and more.
• Strategic Partnership with the Business: You'll act as an ambassador for the Recruitment function, advising managers on a daily basis to identify top talent. You'll be responsible for steering the process, from the initial brief through to the job offer.
• Operational Performance: Managing a portfolio of an average of 25 open positions simultaneously. Review of metrics related to recruitment timelines, internal and external satisfaction, D&I, etc.
• International Collaboration: Daily work with colleagues from different countries and cultures.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

You possess strong natural leadership skills and the ability to persuade demanding stakeholders. You are capable of prioritizing your tasks within a complex matrix organization. In order to do this, you view AI as a daily partner for automating repetitive tasks so you can focus on high-value-added work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in conducting structured interviews and assessing behavioral competencies.
• Ability to source and hire hard-to-find candidates on international platforms.
• Knowledge of the VIE program (International Corporate Volunteering) and/or internal mobility processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workday is also a plus.
• In addition to English, fluency in French is required.
• Proficiency in other languages is a significant plus.
