Med Communications is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will post job ads, search for qualified candidates, screen CVs and interviews, and coordinate hiring paperwork.

The role requires strong organizational skills and clear communication to align with global HR teams. With 3+ years in recruitment, you will maintain candidate databases, follow up with applicants, and support time entry and onboarding activities for new hires across countries.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of recruitment experience.
• HR degree preferred or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Post ads on employment platforms and social networks to capture candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Invite qualified candidates to apply and coordinate hiring paperwork.
• Maintain and organize candidate databases and records.
• Coordinate with HR and global teams as needed.
• Prepare candidate analysis reports.
