Emma Sleep in Lisbon is seeking a talented student or recent graduate to support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects and process improvements.

You will take ownership of defined topics, assist with analysis, research, business cases, and implementation while working independently.

You will help simplify processes, document workflows, and explore digital and AI solutions to make teams more effective, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Structured, analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Owns projects, works independently and follows through on commitments.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn new topics and tools.
• Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of defined project topics, supporting analysis, research, business cases and implementation while driving tasks independently.
• Help simplify processes, documentation and tools, including exploring how digital and AI solutions can make teams more effective.
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization, turning insights into clear recommendations and practical solutions.
