Emma Sleep is seeking an internship in our Strategic Procurement team in Lisbon. You will collaborate with buying managers and cross-functional teams to support negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier development.

You will develop expertise on suppliers, cost drivers, and sourcing trends while building decision-support dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s student in Business or Engineering, available for at least 6 months, with a passion

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Internship for at least 6 months.
• Analytical, well organized, independent and driven to challenge the status quo.
• Good English communication and collaboration in multicultural teams.
• Digitally savvy with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for decision support.
• Collaborate with buying managers and internal/external teams on negotiations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and new product implementations.
• Search for new suppliers and improve internal processes for team benefit.
• Support supplier risk assessments and vendor development.
• Assist in product lifecycle decisions and launches.
