Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our B2B Supply Chain teams. You will contribute to multiple missions including Quality & Process Excellence, Production & Planning, Logistics, and Operations, applying data-driven thinking and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.

You will support forecasting, scheduling, supplier coordination, and order fulfilment while maintaining a strong customer focus and actionable dashboards.

Qualificações

• Strong data analysis and numerical skills.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Process-driven mindset focused on efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in supporting Quality & Process Excellence across operations.
• Help in Production & Planning including forecasting and scheduling.
• Support Logistics: first/last mile and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with OPS account managers and customer-excellence teams.
