Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an internship in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support one of our Category Teams on projects with regional and global exposure to how we develop, position, and bring products to market.

You will analyze data across category, country, product, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions on product development, pricing, and launches, and assist in on‑the‑ground consumer research and testing to shape strategy.

Qualificações

• You are currently studying Business, Marketing or a related program at university.
• You are analytical, well organized and detail‑oriented.
• You can take responsibility and work independently.
• You can manage multiple projects with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support one of Emma’s Category Teams on high‑impact projects with regional and global exposure.
• Analyze category-, country-, product-, and consumer insights to inform strategy, pricing and launches.
• Assist in consumer research, competitor testing and consumer product testing to shape product strategy.
• Synthesize research insights and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
