Deel in Portugal is seeking a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and execution for paid search channels, reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing. This role drives acquisition at scale and requires 6–9 years of B2B marketing experience.

You will lead global SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and YouTube, shape product messaging, and partner with product, sales, and creative teams to optimize performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SEM management for a B2B brand.
• Expertise in Google Ads, GA, GTM, and GA Editor.
• Data-driven with dashboards and analytics experience.
• Proven lead generation with CPL/SQO/ROAS KPIs.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SEM campaigns across Paid Search channels (Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube).
• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and Regional Ads Managers to optimize paid search performance.
• Monitor daily search performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to achieve growth KPIs.
• Continuously test and refine campaign structures, bidding strategies, and keywords for scaling and expansion.
• Work with copywriting teams to create and test ad copy and landing pages for better quality scores and CTRs.
• Collaborate with PMMs to ensure all product offerings are covered by relevant keywords.
