Responsibilities

• Ensure follow-up of instructions on international markets from clients until settlement with custodians.
• Perform reconciliation and resolution of breaks.
• Ensure stocks forecast management across borders, recording borrows.
• Contribute to minimisation of settlement costs and operational risk.
• Contribute to the overall running of the settlement department.
• Keep the Team Leader informed about clients’ activity and escalate issues.
• Keep procedures up to date and ensure tasks and checklists are completed.
