Job summary

PrimeIT is seeking a Securities Settlement Officer in Lisbon to join our finance operations team. You will manage settlement lifecycle, perform pre- and post-settlement checks, and support discrepancies resolution while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Manage the processing of securities transactions throughout the settlement lifecycle, from pre-settlement checks to post-settlement activities.
Follow up on transaction status and support the resolution of settlement-related discrepancies.
Contribute to clearing and securities safekeeping operations.
Ensure that legal records and supporting documentation are properly maintained.
Assist with the accounting treatment of securities transactions and related corporate events.
Handle incoming requests and provide clear, accurate responses within agreed deadlines.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reference data.
