Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with global design/implementation and ongoing support.
- Proven experience managing global EC projects, from initial implementation to ongoing management.
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire and EC Time Management processes.
- SAP Certification in SF EC and EC Time Off.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.
Responsibilities
- Global design, implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Lead and coordinate resolution of global EC tickets in line with SLAs.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams on EC implementations and enhancements.
- Mentor and develop a team of EC specialists.
- Identify opportunities to improve EC processes, efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate impact of new EC releases and conduct regression testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of EC implementations and configurations.
