Job summary

ISS A/S Porto is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consultant to oversee global EC operations, optimization and ongoing support. You will manage EC tickets, health checks, and process improvements across regions, while leading a team of EC specialists and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires strong EC Core and EC Time knowledge, SAP SF certification, and experience with Jira, Confluence, WebEx, Teams, and SharePoint, in a hybrid Porto setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong understanding of EC Core and EC Time
• Leadership experience managing global teams
• Experience in Hire-to-Retire and EC Time Management

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level EC operations support and optimization
• Lead global EC tickets resolution in line with SLAs
• Collaborate with business and IT teams for EC implementations
• Oversee EC processes design and optimization across regions
• Mentor EC specialists and drive post-implementation support
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance HR system team
