Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead the global EC operation and drive optimization across regions.

You will manage end-to-end EC, oversee global tickets, health checks, and process improvements while guiding a cross-functional team. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and SAP SF EC certifications are required to deliver impactful HR solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) including design/implementation and ongoing support.
• Experience managing global EC projects from initial implementation to ongoing system management and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire and EC Time Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for EC operations, ensuring system functionality and optimization opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate global EC tickets in line with SLAs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to plan EC implementations and system enhancements across multiple countries.
• Oversee development and optimization of EC processes to meet global and regional needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of EC specialists to ensure successful project execution and ongoing support.
