Job summary

Next Engineering in Porto is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager or CRM Consultant to lead complex CRM initiatives across international teams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The base salary ranges from €1,400 to €2,000 per month, with food allowance, flex benefits and additional company perks. If you have 6+ years of relevant experience and a proven Salesforce Service Cloud background, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a CRM Project Manager, CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects in international environments.
• Strong background in CRM Service processes and customer service operations.
• Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and CRM concepts.
• Experience using process modelling tools (BPMN, process flows, workflow diagrams).
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools such as Confluence.
