Job summary

Planck Technologies in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead complex, international CRM programs and steer the migration from Microsoft Dynamics service processes to Salesforce, aligning business, architecture, and development teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading CRM projects, strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Azure DevOps backlog management, and proven Agile experience. Hybrid work model with one onsite day per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM service-related projects from analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams ensuring scope, timeline, and quality.
• Analyze Dynamics service processes and define target processes in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage work items in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks and key decisions to executive management.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT and drive change management.

What are we looking for?

Are you an experienced CRM Project Manager with a strong background in Service processes? We

are looking for a senior professional to lead complex, international CRM programs and support the

transition from existing Microsoft Dynamics service processes to Salesforce, ensuring seamless

alignment between business, architecture, and development teams.

Job Description:

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex CRM projects and service processes.

It is mandatory that you:

• Already live in Portugal.
• Professional proficiency in English (min B2), both written and spoken.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of CRM Service processes (case management, SLAs, knowledge, ticketing).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and service process design.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and backlog management using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and driving organizational Agile maturity.
• Practical experience in preparing and supporting testing activities (test cases, UAT, defect handling).
• Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, flow diagrams) and basic integration concepts (APIs, data migration workflows).

Nice to Have

Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service process structures and data flows.

Certifications (Desirable)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service
• Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CRM service-related projects from initial analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams while ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Analyze existing Microsoft Dynamics service processes and define target processes in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage all work items in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and drive decision-making.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions transparently to executive management.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and drive change management compliance.

Working Model: Hybrid model (1 day/week onsite)
