Job summary

Cargobull AG in Portugal is seeking a Back Office Support Assistant with no experience to support subsidiaries across Europe with sales administration and coordination.

You will use SAP for sales, purchasing, invoicing and administration, work in CRM, and report to management. A recent degree in accounting/economics/management, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset are expected; training and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Accounting, Economics or Management (recently finished).
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to support projects when required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support of Schmitz Cargobull Subsidiaries across Europe in daily sales administration of products and services.
• Daily work in SAP (sales, purchasing, invoicing, administration).
• Daily work in CRM and communicate with international colleagues.
• Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basis.
