Emma The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Global B2B Sales Intern for an on-site role. You will collaborate with a Key Account Manager to grow relationships with major European retailers, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional sales activities.

You are curious, proactive, and able to work autonomously, with strong communication skills and fluency in English. The position offers a monthly salary of 1250 EUR including meal allowance and benefits, in a diverse international team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous Sales or Key Account Management experience.
• Curious, dynamic, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Pragmatic, organized and rigorous with an analytical mind.
• Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility; proactive learner.
• Fluency in English; good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business and relationships with Europe's largest retailers.
• Negotiate with clients, present product portfolio, and steer performance.
• Coordinate sales administration with marketing, operations and support teams.
• Link global and local sales teams and manage promotional calendars.
• Contribute to building knowledge base to enable fast, sustainable growth.
• Provide clear reporting and deliverables to support better decisions.
