Emma Sleep in Lisbon is offering an internship to support end-to-end logistics operations. You will help move products from manufacturers to customers, coordinate European warehouses, and collaborate with the global logistics team to craft better processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the expedition process from manufacturer to final customers to ensure best-in-class service.
• Assist day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support strategic coordination of warehouses/drop shipping sites in Europe.
• Collaborate with the global logistics team to create strategies linking procedures with market insights.
• Work across functions to define process improvements for smoother operations.
• Assist the team with system integrations, identify weaknesses, and propose optimizations.

• You will support all the expedition process of our products, from the manufacturer to the final customers ensuring our service is the best-in-class in the market.

• You will support the team with system integrations, identify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for its optimization
• You are fluent in French and English
• You are pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally have experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
• You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
• You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.
• You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
