Axians Portugal is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate and support project activities, ensuring task management and operational efficiency across an international environment.

You will monitor progress, support stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align objectives with business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiar with GitHub and tracking projects via GitHub issues and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a project board, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide operational support for email intake, efficiently processing leads and inquiries to facilitate prompt responses and follow-ups.
• Monitor and drive improvement of operational efficiency and excellence of the team.
• Support team in staying focused on key, strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and operational requirements.
• Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project visibility.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks or delays, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes through analysis, feedback, and best practices implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met.
