Axians is seeking a Customer Success and Operations Support to coordinate project activities, manage tasks, and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs in an international environment.

You will monitor progress, support stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure effective task management.
• Provide operational support for email intake and lead/inquiry processing.
• Monitor and drive improvement of operational efficiency and team excellence.
• Assist in staying focused on key, strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives with business goals.
• Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, presentations).
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes through analysis and feedback.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate status, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met.
