Axians Portugal seeks a Project Manager to lead and support business and regulatory transformation within the Finance & Strategy domain. You will coordinate end-to-end project implementation, aligning business requirements with target solutions across regions.

You will validate non-regression, improve finance solutions, and ensure user requirements are captured. Strong English and French are required for international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project-related activities is valued.
• Experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, or management control environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access, and Power BI.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of French.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the validation of non-regression across all current active entities and ensure accounting mapping complies with standards for different reporting requirements.
• Ensure continued improvement in the development of finance solutions across regions and align them with group standards.
• Understand project and program objectives and ensure all user requirements are properly captured.
• Conduct a feasibility study, assess impact and define the target solution.
• Define testing strategy according to the project and design test cases.
• Validate test results by detailed review of accounting entries and reports and provide UAT validation for finance users.
