FashionUnited in Porto, Portugal seeks a Supply Chain Planner with 1-3 years of experience to coordinate end-to-end PO processes and optimize delivery performance. You will monitor PO changes, support market-specific needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipments and product availability.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, team collaboration, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning.
• Experience in Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business control processes for relevant areas; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles.
• Monitor PO change requests (e.g., short, partial shipments, customer request changes, customer dedicated amendments) and proactively identify changes not expected.
• Drive unique processes focused on market needs, adapting global to local.
• Manage root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders; track actions to closure.
• Provide clear visibility to stakeholders through weekly operational reporting, escalations, and decision-ready summaries.
• Maintain governance on priorities and escalations (what/when/who), ensuring fast decision-making and documented outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (process standardization, automation, system enhancements) to reduce manual work and recurring delivery issues
