FARFETCH, a global luxury fashion marketplace, seeks an Operations professional in Lisbon to support the OSM team. You will assist Buyers, manage order data, and coordinate deliveries across multiple teams, ensuring accurate master data and timely supplier communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Merch or Buying Admin roles, with ERP experience (SAP/Dynamics/Oracle) and strong stakeholder skills. English is essential; Italian or French are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Merch or Buying Admin roles or Upstream planning roles.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, etc).
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and managing wide stakeholder networks.
• Organised and methodical, preferably with exposure to Kaizen thinking.
• Fluent in English; Italian and French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Buyers in writing orders and loading them efficiently.
• Maintain Master Data for items, often dealing with suppliers.
• Manage Order Confirmation with suppliers and track amendments.
• Own the Delivery Schedule and track deliveries and dates internally.
• Support Warehouse, AP, and escalation files for payments.
