Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a leading company in the production of luxury goods, based in Porto.

This role will play a strategic and hands-on part in optimizing and managing the entire supply chain. If you have experience in supply chain, enjoy working in demanding environments, and value a “lead by example” approach, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsabilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and align with quality and ethical standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers; maintain strong relationships; negotiate contracts and terms; conduct performance reviews.
• Inventory Management:
• Plan, forecast, and control raw material and finished goods inventory to meet production and sales needs, minimizing waste and avoiding disruptions.
• Logistics & Distribution
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, customs, and insurance, ensuring timely and secure delivery in coordination with internal teams.
• Ethical Sourcing & Compliance:

Requirements
