FARFETCH in Porto seeks an Operations Service Management (OSM) professional to support the complete order journey. You will coordinate purchase orders, master data, deliveries, and exceptions, working closely with multiple internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires 2+ years in Merch or Buying Admin or upstream planning, with ERP experience (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle). English is essential; Italian/French are a plus. Office location near Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in Merch or Buying Admin roles or Upstream planning roles.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, etc).
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and managing wide stakeholder networks.
• Organised and methodical, preferably with exposure to Kaizen environments.
• Fluent in English; Italian and French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase Order Management: Assist Buyers in writing orders and loading them efficiently in the system.
• Maintain a process to gather all Master Data for items, often dealing with suppliers.
• Manage Order Confirmation with suppliers and track cancellations, price changes or amendments.
• Buying review.
• Deliveries tracking: Own the Delivery Schedule, chasing deliveries and communicating key dates internally.
• Identify and prevent late delivery exceptions or at-risk deliveries to Buying.
• Exceptions Management / Query Management: Support Warehouse team with inbound discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) with Invoice discrepancies.
• Support Buying by maintaining escalation files for payments and status with AP.
