Speakitjobs is seeking an International Payroll Specialist/Lead to manage payroll end-to-end for teams across multiple countries. You will collect data, liaise with local payroll providers, review outputs, and ensure timely, compliant payroll processing for employees worldwide.

The role requires 3+ years in international EU payroll, with Dutch payroll mandatory, and strong English communication. This position offers exposure to a global, diverse team and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in international payroll for EU countries.
• Dutch payroll experience is mandatory.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect payroll data from internal departments monthly and submit to local providers.
• Review monthly payroll output for accuracy of variable data.
• Be the first contact for payroll providers and employees' questions.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and fiscal regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance and People Operations to improve payroll processes.
