Remote is hiring a Payroll Specialist Lead to join our Global Payroll Operations Team. In this fully remote, async environment, you will own end-to-end payroll processing, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Finance, Product and Engineers.

You bring expertise in payroll practices, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. Remote offers flexible PTO, learning budget, stock options, and a world-wide team.

Qualificações

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Suite; spreadsheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
• Able to work in fast-paced international environment; async-friendly.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a true subject matter expert for the country and manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers.
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals and payments.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across payroll data.
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Implement and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Back up regional managers during absences.
