Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a leading global HR/payroll transformation partner. You will configure SAP HCM Payroll, support PCRs, wage types and payroll cycles across geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You'll analyze requirements, assist testing and go-live activities, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable payroll solutions. Remote work options available and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• +4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll execution.
• Experience with payroll troubleshooting and HR master data integration.
• Knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
• Support payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll cycles.
• Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into SAP configuration solutions.
• Support payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
