Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Lead to oversee the successful rollout and data migration of payroll systems for clients. You will lead end-to-end implementations, manage project timelines, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and client teams to ensure accurate data and compliant configurations.

The role requires 5+ years in global payroll, strong project management skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel clients.
• Lead kickoff meetings and manage project plans.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to gather payroll requirements.
• Configure payroll interfaces, reports, and data migration.
• Provide ongoing client support and training during and after rollout.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reporting.
