H.B. Fuller Portugal seeks a Payroll Accounting Specialist to manage payroll processes across EIMEA, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will reconcile payroll accounts, prepare detailed reports, and support internal controls and audits while collaborating with HR and finance teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR, 2–3 years’ payroll and general accounting experience, and proficiency in English and German.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR required.
• 2–3 years’ payroll and general accounting experience, multi-country experience and/or German payroll a plus.
• Proficiency with journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and closing activities.
• Experience with SAP and Blackline ERP systems in matrixed organizations.
• Strong Excel skills and technical aptitude with software and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate, timely payroll transactions across EIMEA countries.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and support internal controls and statutory audits.
• Oversee general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
