H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist to manage payroll processing across EIMEA countries, ensuring accurate, timely payroll transactions and compliance. The role collaborates with HR and finance to resolve issues and deliver detailed payroll reporting.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR and 2–3 years in payroll with ERP experience. Proficiency in English and German is valued, with SAP and Blackline knowledge preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR and 2–3 years of payroll/general accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-country payroll and German payroll is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and closing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Run payroll processing for EIMEA countries and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support internal controls and statutory audits.
• Oversee general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
