Pt11594-Alebs Air Liquide Europe Business Services (Alebs), Unipessoal Lda. is seeking an HR Trainee (m/f) who will support HR operations across LMS, EDM, and Payroll Administration. The role requires a Master’s in HR/Management and fluency in English plus another language, with a cultural diversity focus.

During 9–12 months, you will drive operational excellence by managing training logistics, data integrity, and payroll processes while contributing to continuous improvement of HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR/Management or related field.
• Mandatory English and at least one other language (French, German, Dutch).
• Passionate about collaborating with people from different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Learning Support Services, Employee Data Management, and Payroll Administration.
• Maintain data accuracy in confidential HRIS databases and ensure compliance.
• Support time and attendance reconciliation and pre-payroll checks.
• Apply lean/continuous improvement principles to document and optimise HR workflows.
