MAN Global Business Services (GBS) Portugal is looking for an Order Management Specialist to manage the order lifecycle for the European market. This role ensures accurate order entry and processing while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will contribute to operational excellence and customer experience in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities include overseeing order management, maintaining compliance with commercial policies, and driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Completed studies in business or relevant commercial training.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B order management, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Fluent in English and one other European language.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end order management process in SAP.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules with stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with pricing policies and contractual agreements.
