A leading medical technology company is seeking a Team Coordinator in Portugal to manage local operations and participant management for a data collection project. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will coordinate local participants, support onboarding, and ensure smooth project execution. The position offers exposure to international teams and a flexible work environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
• Support device logistics and procurement when required.
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.
