FairJourney Biologics, based in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to support coordination, monitoring and continuous improvement of IT operations across the organization. The role connects infrastructure, software development, service desk and external providers to ensure stable, secure and efficient IT services globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years in IT operations, IT service management, or IT coordination.
• Experience in operational reporting, service monitoring and performance analysis.
• Initial exposure to IT security, governance, compliance or risk management.
• Understanding of ITIL and IT operations best practices.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day IT operations activities across FairJourney Biologics.
• Align IT operational activities with priorities, projects and business needs.
• Serve as a coordination point between infrastructure, development, service desk and external providers.
• Support consistent IT processes, procedures and best practices.
• Monitor performance indicators, service levels and KPIs.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for IT leadership.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
• Assist with IT security policies, controls and procedures.
• Support GDPR, ISO and NIS2 compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on operational, security and compliance matters.
• Support service transition from development to operations.
• Maintain operational documentation and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional IT projects as needed.
