Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Global Operations Intern to help move products across markets, from forecasting to warehousing and delivery. You will build demand forecasts, translate plans into production, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure availability.

You’ll monitor inventory, drive efficiency, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, Fulfilment, Finance, and external partners in a fast‑paced, international setting.

Qualificações

• You are pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally have experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• You are equipped with good communication skills in English.
• You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
• You are process‑driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
• You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.
• You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• You are available to start in the next two months.

Responsabilidades

• As a Global Operations Intern, you’ll join the team ensuring that Emma’s products move seamlessly across markets, from forecasting and production to warehousing and delivery.
• Build market-aligned demand forecasts using data-driven assumptions and input from local teams.
• Translate demand plans into production and replenishment strategies to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory performance and propose corrective actions.
