Bekaert is seeking a Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash to standardize and drive SAP-enabled processes across the global commercial organization. You will bridge business stakeholders with IT, governing end-to-end O2C and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices while cleaning up processes for efficiency and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in O2C, Commercial Ops, Transformation, ERP programs, or Process Excellence.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and SAP SD.
• Experience delivering global transformations and change initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern global Order-to-Cash processes including order management, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, and collections.
• Drive global process harmonization across business units and regions.
• Define, validate, and maintain standardized O2C processes aligned with business strategy and SAP best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
