DBServices is seeking an experienced SAP & Procurement Transformation Project Manager to drive global technology and business transformations in a multi-country setting. You will oversee SAP, Coupa, and related integrations across borders, coordinating stakeholders from Procurement, Finance and IT.

This role focuses on project leadership rather than people management, ensuring on-time delivery, governance and risk management across country rollouts and vendor collaborations.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing complex SAP projects in international environments.
• Hands-on PM with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in SAP integrations and connected systems.
• Strong knowledge of indirect/non-trade Procurement and P2P.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with Coupa, ideally with SAP integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Fluent English for daily interaction with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP and Procurement transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate implementations and rollouts across SAP environments.
• Act as main contact between Procurement, Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Lead integrations between SAP, Coupa, and satellite systems.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams for ERP integrations.
• Ensure data flows and interfaces alignment across systems.
• Identify blockers, manage risks, and support decision-making.
• Maintain governance, reporting, change control and stakeholder comms.
